DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

In order to always ensure the best handcraft and made-in-Italy production, as well as the possible customizations, all Easy Up are manufactured once the order is received. Standard time for manufacturing your Easy Up is about 3 week.

As soon as your Easy Up is manufactured, the courier immediately collects it. All e-shop international orders are shipped via FedEx. Standard delivery time is 3/5 days for shipping.

TAXES AND DUTIES

We  deliver e-shop purchases on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you may be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

You can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date following these instructions:

  • before starting the return procedure,make sure the Easy Up are not used, in the same condition you received them in and, if any, with all tags still attached.
  • complete the RETURNS FORM explaining the reason why you wish to return the Easy Up and select “RETURN” from the subject drop-down menu.
  • Our Customer Care team will contact you back with 3 working days to communicate acceptance or rejection of the return request; if approved, you’ll receive instructions about shipping the return.
  • Your return will be definitively accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

Currently we do not offer a free returns service. Customers are responsible for returning their items. We advise customers to return items using a Recorded Service so that your goods can be tracked should they need to be.

EXCHANGES

Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To exchange your item, follow the same procedures as for “returning your purchase”, selecting  “EXCHANGE” in the subject  of the RETURNS FORM and specify which size you require.

If you are located outside the EU you may be required to pay additional taxes and duties on the replacement item.

FAULTY ITEMS

An item is deemed faulty if it has been received by you in an imperfect condition or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 1 year after delivery.
We do not consider wear and tear to be a fault; you may refer to our product care FAQ for further information on materials.
All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is fair wear and tear. We may be able to offer to repair your item but please note that repairs are not guaranteed.

Exchanges are possible subject to availability, should you prefer to have an exchange please let us know when you send us the return form.

To return a faulty item to us, you should follow the standard returns process as detailed above by filling out the RETURNS FORM, select “FAULTY” from the subject drop-down menu and specify what kind of fault you have found.

RECEIVING A REFUND

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding delivery charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Please note that refunds may take up to 20 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.

RETURNS POLICY

All Easy Up shoes should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in their box until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to you.
