  • Why prices on the e-shop are only in Euro?
    As we do export in many different worldwide countries that have different currencies, our e-shop is only available in EURO. The conversion rate will be applied by PayPal once you are redirected on their webpage at checkout. If you’re not familiar with exchange rates, we suggest to have a look on PayPal website and/or find out what are the daily exchange rates EURO=your currency on one of the many currency converter website you can find online.
  • I have purchased on Easyup.com – When will my order arrive?
    Easy Up are handmade and we put special care in their production. That's why we manufacture every single Easy Up upon order. Therefore, production time may vary from 1 up to 3 weeks to which shipping time (in general 3/5 day for deliveries outside Europe) must be added. Your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival.
  • Does Easyup-shoes.com price match?
    Easyup-shoes.com prices are displayed only for product on our e-shop. Easyup-shoes.com does not match prices on Easy Up products sold at retail stores or other websites. 
    Diomedi suggests a retail price for each model. Authorized distributors/retailers can decide whether or not to adjust the suggested retail price (increase or decrease the suggested manufacturers price) for competitive or other business reasons.
  • Where can I purchase the Easy Up?

    E-shop is only in different countries. In some other we have both e-shop and retailers. In other, just distributors and/or retailers. Please check our distribution page to see if the Easy Up are currently distributed in your country. If not, please contact us!

  • What products are available to purchase on Easyup-shoes.com?

    Only products that are listed in our e-shop are available to be purchased through Easyup-shoes.com.

  • What is the warranty on Easy Up shoes?

    Our warranty policy covers authentic Easy Up purchased directly on Easyup-shoes.com; it covers manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. A manufacturing defect applies to defective materials and workmanship. Products not covered under our limited warranty include: Products over 1 year old from date of purchase, products which have been altered, products which have been machine-washed, general wear and tear or discolouration from water damage.

  • How do I clean my Easy Up?

    Leather/Eco-leather/Nubuk/Synthetic: using a damp cloth, rub gently with lukewarm water and mild soap.

    Suede: brush away dirt with a suede brush, when dry. DO NOT USE WATER.

    Mesh: using a damp cloth, rub gently with lukewarm water and mild soap.

    DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY

    Important: When attempting to clean your Easy Up, please test the cleaning process on a section of the shoe which is not visible, such as the outer edges of the tongue. This is to ensure that the mild soap used does not affect the color or material.

    Drying procedure: dry at room-temperature, stuff with paper to help maintain their shape. Change paper occasionally throughout drying process. Do not apply direct heat.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT SUEDE, CALF LEATHER AND IN GENERAL ALL MATERIALS USED IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS ARE VERY ABSORBENT AND THEREFORE WE SUGGEST TO PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION IN RAINY OR WET CONDITIONS. EXCEPTION TO THAT RULE ARE ALL EASY UP MARKED AS "WATER-RESISTANT"

       
  • How do I make sure I am selecting the correct size?
    The Easy Up are made on special lasts so to have enough room for AFOs and other supports. The only way to be sure of choosing the proper size is to click the "Check your size" link and follow the further guidance listed in the page.

    There are other characteristics that impact how a shoe fits, including the width of your foot, so, should you have any doubt please contact our Customer Care Team using the CONTACT FORM and specifying "SIZING" in the subject field

  • How much does the shipping cost for the shoes purchased on Easyup-shoes.com?
    International shipping price depends on your country and on the weight of the purchased product(s) and it is shown at check-out. However, we  deliver on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you may be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order.
